Support

Services

As a supervisor – I establish a safe, collaborative supervisory relationship from the first session, contracting clearly, exploring the supervisee’s developmental needs, and supporting ethical, reflective practice from the outset.

And as a therapist – once we established a therapeutic relationship, we will then look at ways of unpicking any unhelpful behaviour patterns and limiting beliefs, allowing space for you to fulfil your potential and to build self-worth.
