thank you for viewing my profile.
My name is Ayisha, I am a qualified Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
Having engaged in my own personal therapy, as part of counselling process, I can appreciate just how scary and challenging taking the first steps into therapy can be.
It’s not easy but I’ll be here to walk through your journey with you.
